Returns are accepted with in 30 days of receipt. Purchases may be returned using a trackable domestic carrier; UPS ground or the US Postal Service. A tracking number & insurance may be required. You will not be charged a restocking fee & you will not be penalized for any returns with in the 30 return period.
If you would like to return your Waterford Crystal purchase for an exchange or a prompt refund; you may do so with in 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. You will not be penalized for returning or exchanging an item after 30 days of receipt.
